Traceability is a proven tool to enhance transparency, support compliance with international standards, and empower regulators, fishers, and farmers alike.

There is a need for a harmonized traceability framework across the Caribbean that will maintain 100% traceability throughout the food supply chain from harvest to consumer, both for domestic and international markets.

The Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM) is teaming up with its regional and international partners to host the upcoming traceability seminar, an in-person event to be convened during the 20th Caribbean Week of Agriculture.
